Had a great first (of many) experience at Jefferson’s with the kindest barista ever! I didn’t get his name but I will update when I do! The banana milk latte & banana milk matcha are absolutely amazing and must-try’s!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. This morning, I ordered a large iced latte. At the time, an older employee was training a new employee on how to make the drink and use the register. I watched him add syrup and milk, and then he added the coffee himself. After I received the drink, I took one sip and immediately felt that it was overly sweet and tasted wrong. I still tried to drink it because I had already bought it and wanted coffee, but every sip tasted unpleasant. I forced myself to drink about half of it, but after about an hour, I still felt the drink was clearly made incorrectly, so I went back and asked if they could remake it. The employee was very reluctant. He kept saying that I had already drunk half of it and that the ice had melted. I explained that I did try to drink it, but it tasted bad from the beginning. I even showed him my chat with a friend from about an hour earlier, where I complained that the coffee tasted so bad right after I bought it. He also insisted that an iced latte could not have syrup in it, even though I had seen syrup being added. I told him he could taste it himself. I understand that I should have gone back immediately

The staff was very friendly. He was a bit busy as the only person working in the shop, but it’s a great spot if you want to relax and enjoy a nice coffee.

This coffee place is really cozy and warm.. Perfect for a rainy evening.. they provide the best Latte and hot chocolate. I have also tried their pumpkin chocolate cake, which was absolutely perfect along with coffee. The staff was really kind and helpful. He warmed up the cake for us. And showed us different varieties of coffee beans they sell. We prefered coffee powder instead of beans. So he ground them and gave us amazing coffee powder. They have many options in cold ,hot drinks and cakes.

The service here is amazing—the staff are so kind and friendly! The coffee tastes great too. I tried the Dubai cheesecake since it’s popular and was curious. Honestly, it was really good, but after a couple of bites, it felt a bit too sweet. Thankfully, the cheese helped balance it out a little. I’d recommend getting your coffee without extra flavoring so you don’t get diabetes from all the sweetness (jk 😂).
